My career has been rooted in building content for users/audience first–optimizing workflows, ensuring brand and asset integrity, and enabling strong cross-functional collaboration so teams can deliver work that resonates. Most recently, I enabled my team to increase productivity by 7% and reduced project intake turnaround from 5 days to 1 by developing tools for task management and refining end-to-end workstreams.
