I designed this pin collection to celebrate the LCS 10 Year anniversary because I wanted something small but accessible to as many fans as possible. (I just wish we had an online store for those who couldn’t attend in person.)

Since the league’s branding underwent a few iterations, I wanted to include a couple versions of the original shield-shaped logo as a callback to LCS roots. I also chose to include the beloved LCS pigeon because it’s been the unofficial mascot since the 2017 Spring Finals. The original version of this pigeon was designed by a former colleague so I needed to recreate it for pin production. The set is rounded out by the rebranded and 10 Year logos.

The backing card is simple and designed to reflect the broadcast graphics package for the LCS Championship. Placement of the split’s tagline “Ignite. Uprise. Unleash.” is juxtaposed with the LCS logo pin to mimic the official lockup, and the LCS10 logo is centered beneath its pin.
